Refund policy

*Due to COVID-19 we are not currently accepting returns or exchanges*  This is for your safety as well as our other customers. We appreciate your understanding!

 We do not cancel orders after they are placed!


We have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or receive store credit/gift card:

*Sale items, items in sale section

*Bodysuits

*White items

*Worn or washed items

*ITEMS IN SALE SECTION ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUNDS OR STORE CREDITS* 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@khloebellaboutique.com. If your return request is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, all valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit via a gift card that never expires.

**Khloe' Bella Boutique reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, or exchanges if there is an ongoing pattern of said request.**

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 4-5 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. *Please note we are not responsible for packages damaged during transit.*


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. We do not accept returns or exchanges on bodysuits or accessories.


Exchanges
We no longer except exchanges as items sell out fast. Once we have processed your return you will receive an e gift card that you can use to purchase the correct item. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, all valid returns are refunded in the form of store credit via a gift card that never expires.

 

Missing items

We are human and do make mistakes. If you are missing an item or received the incorrect item please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

OUT OF STOCK

If you place an order with multiple items and an item is out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order and issue a refund for the out of stock item. 

 

Please note we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, damaged, or unable to be delivered due to incorrect address.* If package is returned to us due to insufficient address, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee to reship the package to the correct address. An invoice will be sent and once paid the package will be reshipped*

Khloe' Bella Boutique does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that have been marked as delivered. 

If your package has been confirmed via USPS delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages.
