Shipping policy
Orders will be processed and shipped within 48-72 business hours after being placed. (Or sooner)
*Priority Mail Express does not include weekends or holidays and is still subject to processing times.
*We do not cancel orders after they have been placed.*
*Orders are processed and shipped in the order in which they are received.
*If you placed an order with a pre order item, the entire order will ship out on the pre order date. You may receive a shipping email prior to the pre order date due to processing.
You will receive email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Please allow 2-4 business days to receive your order after processing.
It can take 24 hours for tracking information to be updated in the shipping couriers system.
*Orders may be delayed during a sale due to an influx of orders.

(Some exceptions may be made for orders placed back to back, reviewed on a case by case bases.)
Please note the USPS shipping time (on the checkout page) is an estimate made depending on location. The actual delivery date will be updated once the package has been scanned into the system.
We are NOT responsible for orders lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages.
If your package has been confirmed via USPS as delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or STOLEN packages. Khloe' Bella does not hold any responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We will not issue a refund or credit for packages that the carrier confirms as delivered.
